Horizontal Directional Drilling – Piloter

HDD technology is a minimal impact trenchless method introduced for the installation of infrastructure pipeline along a prescribed underground path. This method is more compliant towards the requirement of minimal surface disturbance on traffic and low restoration cost as compared to conventional trenching, which is similarly compliant with laws and regulations. In this program, apprentices will execute the HDD process from surveying up to drilling putting into practice all relevant Safety and Health factors. For technical skills, introducing to ensure that all the trainee is able to perform Pilot Bore practices in a simulated working environment. After program completion, the trainee will be able to achieve the competency requirement from the trenchless industry in Pilot Bore Operation.
